This website belongs to Andes Sigma SpA, a company incorporated in Chile, dedicated to the development, integration and commercialization of technology solutions, hardware, software, instrumentation, data analysis, operational visualization, pilots and technical services applied to mining, industrial processes, energy and natural resources.

2. Purpose of the site

The site presents institutional, technical and commercial information about Andes Sigma, its capabilities and its hydraulic diagnosis solutions for heap leaching piles, including hardware, software, segmented measurement, impedance analysis, spatial/temporal visualization, KPIs, alerts, pilots and related services.

3. Informational nature of content

The published information is general and informational. It does not constitute a binding contractual offer, universal technical guarantee, detailed engineering, specific operational recommendation or commitment to metallurgical, economic or production results.

Applicability, scope, instrumented coverage, expected performance, data interpretation, installation method, commercial conditions and specific deliverables must be defined case by case through a proposal, contract, pilot, purchase order or other instrument signed by the parties.

4. Technical scope of the solution

References to hydraulic diagnosis, irrigation, 2D/3D visualization, tomography, KPIs, severity, alerts, dry zones, over-irrigation, preferential channeling, wet fronts or other phenomena correspond to analysis capabilities based on real measurements, sensor configuration, instrumented coverage, operational parameters and interpretation models.

Andes Sigma technology should not be understood as an absolute and universal moisture measurement of the entire heap, nor as a complete representation of the non-instrumented core. Its purpose is to deliver comparative, spatial and temporal visibility of hydraulic condition within the measured scope or reasonably inferred from available instrumentation.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images, diagrams, designs, interfaces, trade names, trademarks, logos, concepts, methodologies, software, models, visualizations, technical documentation and other content published on this site belong to Andes Sigma SpA, its licensors or authorized third parties, as applicable.

Access to the site does not grant any license, assignment, authorization of use, sublicense or right over intellectual or industrial property, know-how, methodologies, software, patents, patent applications, trademarks or other intangible assets. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, extraction, reverse engineering, commercial reuse or exploitation of site content is prohibited.

6. Permitted use of the site

The user must use the site lawfully, reasonably and in a manner compatible with its informational purpose. The user must not affect the availability, security, integrity or operation of the site, forms, servers, emails or associated infrastructure.

Submitting forms or emails does not oblige Andes Sigma to accept requests, perform services, initiate negotiations, reserve commercial conditions or enter into contracts. Andes Sigma may respond, request additional background, reject requests or route them internally according to its technical and commercial criteria.

12. Applicable law

Use of this site is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute related to the site, its content or its use will be heard by the competent courts under applicable Chilean law, unless otherwise agreed contractually between the parties.
