Andes Sigma SpA is responsible for processing the personal data it receives through this website, especially through contact forms, technical requests, commercial inquiries, pilot requests, partnerships or communications sent by email.

Andes Sigma applies reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including form validation, anti-spam control, attempt limitation, traceability records, access control to received information and good hosting administration practices.

In this version, the site does not require non-essential cookies for browsing or form submission. If analytics, advertising, advanced measurement, third-party embedded video or similar technologies are incorporated in the future, this policy will be updated.

11. Sensitive data and minors

The site is not directed to minors and does not request sensitive data. The user should not send sensitive information, confidential mine-site information, third-party personal data or reserved technical information without sufficient authorization.
